Energise Smoothie

Serves 1 // Easy / Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients:

100g melon (fresh or frozen)

40g Greek yoghurt

1 banana

200ml pineapple juice

1/2 cup of ice

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender along with the ice.

  2. Blend on high speed until everything is smooth and creamy.

  3. Add more juice or ice depending on desired consistency.

  4. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
