Spiced Apple Warmer

Serves 4 // Easy / Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

600ml apple juice

2 cinnamon sticks

4 cloves

thumb size of ginger

1 tsp caster sugar

Method:

  1. Place the apple juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, sugar and ginger into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Taste to see if it needs more sugar.

  4. When satisfied with taste, strain the juice and serve in a mug.
